"Meat Monolith" is a collage of paintings made with fluid acrylic on mixed-media paper. The collage is stitched together with embroidery floss and is custom-framed. This particular image was created in response to the sensation one might feel when both grilling an expensive piece of meat or when one is trying to put a baby to sleep- make sure it's not too hot or cold and that it is for the perfect amount of time, or all might be lost.
